LovePastors is a relationship-driven, pastor-facing, compassion-hearted movement of ministry mentors, peers, caregivers, counselors, prayer partners, and generous donors who care deeply about pastors.
We are committed to being proactive, preventative, personal, and present, walking alongside pastors one relationship at a time.
Pastors are often tired, discouraged, lonely, isolated, under-appreciated, and disconnected.
Many ministry efforts designed to help leaders are led by other exhausted ministry leaders or depend on hurting pastors to reach out for help themselves.
Leaders in need can become easy targets for burnout, temptation, discouragement, or even leaving ministry altogether.
So we ask a simple but important question:
Who will pour into pastors without asking anything from them?
Who can pastors trust with their fears, needs, limits, and the deep questions they carry?
LovePastors exists to be part of that answer.
Our ministry launch begins in Northeast Ohio, rooted in three thriving communities of pastors and leaders who are helping fuel this mission.
